Processing
Orders placed from our Internet store are completely secure.
Once you've filled out our on-line order form and sent it off to us, the order is first
confirmed by our secure Internet service and then securely transmitted to us. We check for
product availability, enter your order, confirm your credit card, and send you another
e-mail indicating that the order has been entered. Our goal is to have all orders entered
no later than 48 hours after receiving them, but we'll often enter orders within hours of

Product Availability
Most products on this site are in stock and available.
At the present time, we are unable to automatically deduct inventory when a product is
purchased online. This means it is possible that a product you order may actually be on
back order. In that event, we will notify you via email.

Shipping & Handling
Our usual shipping method is standard ground delivery.
Orders are generally shipped within two business days. We are currently unable to offer expedited
shipping from our web site. Refer to the tables below for shipping and
handling charges for the state you live in.
